1.0 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing kasijz.com or deploying our data insights platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these legal provisions.
The services provided by KASIJZ are strictly for professional business intelligence and data analysis purposes within the South Korean market. Users are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of our platform complies with all local regulations and enterprise internal policies.
KASIJZ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.

Proprietary Assets
All algorithms, interface designs, logos, and proprietary data models used on the KASIJZ platform remain the exclusive property of KASIJZ. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access insights via the web dashboard for internal business use only.
Usage Restrictions
Redistribution, scraping, or reverse-engineering of our business intelligence engine is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to bypass security measures or automated extraction of high-signal data without explicit written consent will result in immediate termination of access.
User Contributions
Any data uploaded by users for analysis remains the property of the user. KASIJZ maintains strict confidentiality protocols to ensure your enterprise data is never shared with third parties or used to train public models.
Platform Integrity
Users agree not to utilize the site in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the data processing capabilities of our Seoul-based server clusters.
3.0 Limitation of Liability
KASIJZ provides data insights "as is" and "as available." While we strive for extreme precision in our high-signal business intelligence, we do not warrant that the analysis results will be error-free or that the platform will operate without interruption.
Under no circumstances shall KASIJZ, its directors, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to financial losses based on data-driven decisions.
Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to KASIJZ for the service during the term of your active engagement.
4.0 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of kasijz.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, South Korea.
5.0 Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
