Policy.
At KASIJZ, we treat data governance as a fundamental pillar of business intelligence. This document details our protocols for the collection, protection, and ethical processing of personal information within the South Korean enterprise landscape.
Information We Collect
Direct Interactions
We collect information you provide directly when establishing an enterprise account, requesting a data audit, or communicating with our insights team. This includes your name, business email, job title, and organization details located at 12F, 567 Teheran-ro or other South Korean business districts.
Automated Technical Signal
To maintain the high-signal integrity of our platform, our systems automatically log IP addresses, browser types, and behavioral metadata during session activity. This information is used to optimize the Integration Hub performance and ensure platform security.
Operational Rationale
Our data processing logic is built on the principle of minimal viable exposure—ensuring intelligence is generated while keeping identity anchors isolated.
Purpose of Processing
Personal data serves to verify professional eligibility for our BI services, provide tailored economic reporting, and fulfill our contractual obligations to enterprise clients in the South Korean market. We do not engage in the sale of personal information to third-party advertisers. All processing aligns with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Data Retention & Sanitization
We retain information only as long as necessary to fulfill the services outlined in our Solutions suite. Upon contract termination or verified request, data undergoes a systematic sanitization process, ensuring no recoverable fragments remain on our primary or backup recovery nodes.
